Returns
We accept returns only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected] with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Since Sofia Weaves operates only with cash on delivery. We do not provide cash refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, you will receive either a replacement item or store credit equal to the value of your original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or items intentionally altered, cannot be returned or refunded.
